3. Payments and Refunds

Prices are stated in Nigerian Naira unless otherwise noted. Payments are processed through Flutterwave and are subject to the payment provider's terms. If a payment fails or is reversed, access will not be granted until the payment is successfully completed.

Digital products are usually non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in a specific product offer. If you experience a payment issue, contact us promptly so we can review it.

4. Intellectual Property

All written materials, branding, and course content remain the intellectual property of Wisely Technology Limited unless otherwise stated. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or repurpose the material without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Wisely Technology Limited provides educational content for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, income, or results from course participation.
